AU55/58 I am almost certain there is a rub on the cheek and hair.

EF-40. It's kind of a carp shoot for righteous no cleaning on this one. No indication of harsh cleaning, but the tight details halos are perhaps market acceptable.
I think PCGS would clear it. Not so certain NGC would let it slide.

I dont like that dark stain on her face, but regardless, its still a very pretty coin.

AU55 also. nice piece. the only thing I dont like is the scratches next to the date but hey its 200 years old. after looking closer at the reverse I'm changing my grade to AU53. I think it can either way but there may be a little much wear on the reverse to make 55
