64 and very pretty. most disturbances look like small frost breaks rather than bag marks. nice luster. looks pressed by fresh early state dies.

I will agree it is overgraded, due to insufficient luster. I have the coin for two reasons. 1 I like it. 2 If the websites I frequent are an indication of the price of toned GSA's are commanding, I hope to sell it for more than what I paid for it. More opinions are welcomed. AG

How did you photograph it? I know the GSA coins are in a sealed slab because I have an 1882CC, 84CC and 85CC in the box. Since I am a poor photo guy I wonder how you get good photo of a slabbed coin. I would never break out a slabbed GSA coin considering it a big NO, No, but am I wrong?

I'm unsurprised by the grade.
Look at the dark marks on the cheek, and then look at the highest part of the breast feather details, being darker than the surrounding area. They are both the same color for the exact same reasons - frost breaks - and in-hand you wouldn't notice either.
