So I have this 1925 D 2 feathers nickel, and I'm really bad at grades on the Buffalo nickels. Just looking for a little help. See if worth sending to PCGS. Thanks for all your help.  *** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

Looks G-6 to me, too.
Better check that mint mark again. The title says 25-D; the pictured coin looks to have an "S" mintmark to these old eyes!

It looks like there was some damage that hit the top of the d, but still a d from what I can see under phone magnifier. Will double check with loop when I get home

Don't know about the grade, but it looks like an S Mint mark to me as well.

G-04 ,could be S or D mint, not worth sending in .

I agree with G-04 and not worth getting it slabbed,if it were a $220 and up type coin then it would have been worth it.

AG-03 with full date and 90% rims? Sorry. But OK, I'll come down to G-04. No way cleaned.

Thanks everyone. I am taking into coin shop that has magnifier to take a closer look at "D-S" Even after looking with loop, hard to tell if a damaged D or a damaged S. I'll let you all know in am. And thanks for all the grading input. You always hope for a higher grade when you have a coin like this. Lol.

Obverse looks Fine but reverse was struck with very worn dies (common for the branch mint Buffalos of this date). Looks like a "S" to me.

It's really hard to tell, and still haven't been able to make it to coin shop yet to get a closer look. But will keep you all informed. Thanks again :)
