I know this is an extremely common bill, and not in the best of condition, but was wondering if this offset increases value at all? Thanks for all your help.

Looks like a problem note with very poor centering.
Missing corner, dirty, stains, ink marks etc.

No additional value for the poor margins....maybe just the opposite.

If some of the printing was missing then it would be an error note, but as it is, it is just a 'less than ideal' note.

Still, it's kind of interesting -- just not really valuable.

Copy. Thanks everyone. I figured poor quality would limit this from any value, but wanted to ask. Appreciate the help
