I just made this image up for you.
I have my doubts, only because of the D being too parallel to the side of the building. It should be tilted some. Of course I have been wrong on many occasions. I show mine on the left, one good example I found on the net and yours on the right.

Ignore "Tilted to West" it is tilted to East.

The fact is that the mint mark is vertical instead of angled like the real variety should be. So it would not be that one.

Not sure what happened to the die that struck your coin, but it doesn't look like a RPM because the shape is not like a punching from a mint mark punch.
