i think tgis 1966 philadelphia Lincoln Cent its a doubled die reverse . what the experts see ?

Heavy Die Deterioration obverse, hence thick letters and metal flow, reverse is MD & DDD.

BTW, point of order: how do you know its a Philly mint? Coins were minted at all three mints w/o mintmarks 1965-1967...
