Out of curiousity, where do you purchase most of your gold or silver coins from?

Internet businesses like MCM, Aydin, APMEX, JM Bullion, etc. Whoever has the best deals at the time.

Heritage, Great Collections, Stacks. No LCS near me that stocks much. ebay is a waste of time since everyone does BIN instead of auctions.

My LCSs almost exclusively. Sometimes I buy at coin shows. Many years ago I bought some from ebay, but I no longer trust unknown sellers for bullion.

70% of my purchases come from ebay. Most of the rest are in-person at shows, and there are a smattering from other dealers online.

I am a regular client of Noble Numismatics in Sydney. They auction many millions of dollars of coins World wide in a year. Professionally, they are up there with Baldwins (London) and Heritage. The size of their numismatic reference library is in the top ten in the World. Because I have some good numismatic friends within the business, I personally visit them perhaps 10 or more times a year.
However, they are not the source of the larger part of my collection. I have acquired some really nice coins at reasonable prices from many other sources, as well as major coin shows. My face has been fairly well known around the numismatic scene in Sydney for decades.

I primarily buy my coins at shows, but ebay is gaining ground.

A few 'local' coin dealers and one online European source. Plus many others (but not visited frequently) when out traveling.

@UltraRant Out of curiosity, what is the 'online European source', if I might ask?

I have a "favorite" coin dealer that I have bought from for years. Coins I look for that he doesn't have are bought occasionally on ebay or at a coin show. AMPEX and Provident are my usual go to shops for silver bullion type purchases.

Some people that just got out of prison. Usually have very expensive coins, jewlery, gold, etc. at very cheap prices. For real, mostly coin shows.
