VG-10. Looks like possible old cleaning, probably market-acceptable.

the obverse I have at VG8 reverse VG10. reverse may pull it up to a 10 but on split grades I normally go with the obverse since thats what is showing in by books. in this case it may not matter as an old cleaning probably pulled a details designation. no major issues so its a decent piece to fill a hole
