Made an offer on this off ebay and was pleasantly surprised that the offer was accepted. What do you think PCGS gave her and what is your overall opinion. Reminds me a bit of a lightning bolt or shooting star.

Looks like a nova to me! Tough one. I think I see a long scratch and some chatter on the cheek, and I hope that isn't a gouge in the field in front of the mouth. I'll say 63, just a stab. Neat coin.

Love the toning. And the seller provided really good picks. Under magnification, the cheek does not look that clean, and this is well hidden by the toning. I will also say 63. Very nice looking coin.

I'm still learning how to grade the MS coins presently. I got thrown into the deep end when I got an early inheritance from my inlaws, coins that have been in the family since the 1920's and beyond. I only just moved to the US from Australia in Jan 2016 and got given the coins about Christmas 2016, it is a STEEP learning curve.
With the marks that are on her face, I don't see it getting better than MS63, but I am interested in the reveal!!

I'd say 62. It looks 61 but that number is rarely assigned and there seems to be too much abrasion for a 63. Kinda looks like Ms Morgan just opened the blinds a little on a sunny morning.
