The columns get altered with heavy die polishing. sometimes they are not straight looking and sometimes the statue almost goes away when the die is over polished. The inside roof lines can also be missing as well. I can't tell from the image the 7 column looks like something is going on there. I can tell it is a die crack or a lamination/struck debris is going on. (The year wasn't mentioned) But it looks like a pre-zincoln era date?

I try to put the date/mint/denomination/reason/contributor of image/number on each address I use. That way I can find it when I need it again with the search on my image host. (just a few short of 7,000 images on my image host) Even with a great description, sometimes I still have a hard time finding images.
