I have found the bull at a coin from Antiochos I. Coregency with Seleucis I, 294-281 BC. AE 19mm. Ai Khanoum mint. But the square teknik can be found att greece island coins BC

Looks like Athena, at least that's what it seems at first glance by looking at the helmet.

Y M A T A? But, in ancient Greek, should be meaningless.

PHRYGIA, Kibyra. Late 2nd-1st centuries BC. Helmeted head of Athena right; monogram behind / Humped bull butting right; E M above; all within square incuse.
