I have a severe lack of coinshops and shows in my area where I live in so the majority of my coin purchases are made online. I have some coins I'm looking at, but I am just a novice collector, so I have no idea if I'm paying too much. I was wondering if anyone could comment on these coins listed below. Maybe even give me a prefered business thats fair/reliable that can be ordered from online.

Prices before shipping and rounded off to nearest whole dollar amount...

2008 American Silver Eagle - 20 Dollars
1922 BU Peace dollar - 22 Dollars
1891 Seated Liberty dime in F cond. - 16 Dollars
1855 Large Cent in F cond. - 27 dollars
1858 Flying Eagle cent in VG cond. - 28 Dollars
1858 Flying Eagle cent in VF-35 cond. - 75 Dollars

And anybody know where to get world coins? Like I'm looking for some specific and obscure coins that I can only find from one dealer online. Anybody know any tricks to getting around dealers for getting ahold of modern/current coins from other countries. I.E. ordering from a currency exchange bank or something.

A lot of world coins are sold on this forum. As far as obscure goes, you can always ask here and someone might have what you are looking for.

The Peace dollar appears to be fairly priced, but you can get them here for less. Someone is selling them right now for $20 each.

Elimist, you can always deal with people who are living in the respective countries that you are interested in. There are a wide variety of people living in different countries so chances are you'll find what you want. I've been doing some nice trades with a few Americans for their State Quarters and I've sent some Australian coins in return. It works out to be great.

I am not familiar with some of the coins prices right now but as far as the ASE and the Peace dollar they look fairly priced, the only one I would be concerned about is the 1858 VF Flying Eagle cent, $75.00 just seems a little high to me but again I am not very familiar with what they sell for now. I think I got my 1858 FE in my 7070 album for less than that a year or so ago and its a AU coin
