Hi everyone I found this quarter in my pocket change today, and I am very curious about what would cause this coloring, or if it is supposed to be this color? Also had a hard time finding the mint mark without a magnifier I thought it was part of the tie in his hair without the magnifier... anyone ever see that before?

The color looks like normal toning to me. The mint mark may have a die chip on it.
