XF-40-45; too much wear on feather tips OBV and too much wear on the leaves/wreath to get an AU

I'd say a strong EF-45.

Strong EF45, Weakness in feather tips probably due to poor strike rather than wear, typical among the copper-nickel cents. Almost four full diamonds and only a few marks, nice coin.
