The price run up occurred before the coins were put on sale since it was known it would be a quick sellout (two minutes). My point with the returned packaging is that I bottom fed on a bunch the PF69's in the $70-80 range (now $90+)...the raw coin in Mint packaging goes for $130-150 This dude has sold 3 raw at $159.95 https://www.ebay.com/itm/2017-S-PRO...AOSw1WJZEh4KDoesn't take rocket science to figure out if you put a 69 into a OGP you can make $50-70 per I should add that all but one of my 69's look flawless to me. One PCGS had a spot on the obverse

I only got my one set 2016.
The only year I doubled up was 2007. Loved the format for 2007 and 2008.

I believe Fox was marveling that you could theoretically buy a graded 69, pop it from the slab, jam it back in some OGP and resell it for a large profit.

A number of different products being discussed here I realized later that I went with the flow and commented on a product outside the topic of the thread. It does make things confusing. Someone with WAYYY too much free cash BUT...I am escaping the cold and on vacation now but you bet I will be putting a few on the market when I get back to see what happens
I found it a bit funny that it was sold for $2199 and the seller still added three bucks for shipping

I fear that one day there will be rude awakening for those who essentially pay for special packaging - the coin itself can be bought for a fraction of what some are willing to pay because it comes in a special folder. Well, not me...

That sale is the very definition of ridiculous.
