Totally unexpected find in CRHing, yesterday I pulled this 144 year old coin out of a bank roll!descent condition reverse is much better than Obvs. there is a little Lam issue on the Face but it's a welcomed surprise!   *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***Edited by Chase007

Something to think about, less-relevant in this day of broadband connection, is that regardless of the final size appearing here the fullsize image has to be downloaded in the browser for it to appear at all. It actually dogged my 30Mbit home connection somewhat to show a 14.4MB image.  That's rather a large bite for someone viewing on a smartphone. Just for the fun of it, I tried, and it took a full minute for it to appear. I'm left wondering what PCGS will think of hotlinking an image which has already tapped their data transfer over forty times in this thread alone, to the tune of over half a gigabyte. |
