I enlarged your photo and I still can't tell. Can you get a close-up with natural light? That might help.

It might be some small die gouges. So far, it doesn't look like a die crack to me, but a better pic would help a lot.

Indents and incuse marks are often just coin contact from others in circulation. Raised objects usually indicate a die issue. Whether damage or hubbing issues.

You beat me to it and posted the close-up before I finished my post.

It looks like displaced metal from a hit. That coin has a lot of dings and that spot above the eye is a post mint gouge.

As for that vertical line by the mouth -- if it were a pristine coin, I feel more certain about saying it's a die gouge -- but that coin looks like it got dragged around a parking lot and so I just don't know. I would have to assume it's damage.

Hang on -- maybe someone else can offer more information.
