i found this 1993d Lincoln Cent few days ago . I see some dobling on the obverse side of the coin ... what the experts see ?

Looks like heavy Die Deterioration Doubling. The die that struck this was very worn. Your coin is in a VLDS. I also see Split Plate Doubling on the mintmark as well.
