With the pictures provided, it looks be MS-64+. We love gold!

Looks well struck with strong luster and minimal contact marks. I'm thinking MS65 from these images.

Looks to have no wear at all, therefore some sort of MS grade.
I agree with Crazyb0; sharper focus pictures would help to give us the same advantage that a TPGrader would have, examining in hand with a 10X loupe.
I always look for hits on the rays with these.
I will go for minimum MS62, but could well be quite a bit above that. Attractive, better than average strike; that may appear to boost the grading from pictures alone.
I have noticed that TPGraders are quite tough on American gold coins.
This one would be better off in a slab for protection, even more so than having it TPGraded.

To me the pics are not sharp enough to get a clear look at contact marks, so I'll pass here.

Okay boys, here are the sharper pictures! I bought this coin in france for 80 Euro over the melt value including the shipment fee. I was hoping for a MS 64 and expecting at least a MS 62. I think this was a good buy. How do you feel about this coin now? Greetings from Germany Alex

I like the blurry obv picture better  Looks like she took a hit to the shin (and knee). Otherwise, very nice gold piece!!

The new pics put it on the 64/65 line. It's at least a 64.
