JohnAP,

They all look shiny! Sorry to be flippant, but that's all I can tell you with the photo provided. It would be best to display them individually if you can. You can take the photo you have and cut, then paste each coin as a separate file. If you lose too much resolution, you may have to shoot each one individually.

SeatedNut, that was my original opinion when I received them....they were all uniformly shiny.... I'll take individual pics and post.

OK, here is the 1937 S. Camera needs to recharge before I take the rest. I apologize in advance for my LACK of camera skills! BTW, how do you imbed your pics in your posts instead of the link thingy?

JohnAP,

I'm sorry but I'm having trouble being able to determine a grade based upon those photos.

50cents,

You are so lucky you live on the other side of the equator to me, or else your MS-66 Walker would
mysteriously disappear from your collection and equally mysteriously re-appear in mine!

Hi JohnAP,
Sorry, but your photos are too blurry to tell much. I'll take a few ill-informed guesses, though!

The 1937-S looks really chrome-like, which strikes me as unnatural. Without better photos I'm guessing it has been aggressively cleaned or polished to make it that shiny.

The 1939 has a better obverse photo and it looks mint state, probably limited to MS-62 due to bag marks. The reverse looks too shiny but maybe that's just the lighting (and the blurring).

The 1941-D also appears mint state from the obverse photo. That big distracting hit between the sun rays will limit it to maybe MS-61.

The 1945-S also looks mint state, but I can't even guess at a specific grade.

The 1947 looks MS from the obverse but the reverse photo shows a flattened grey area at the eagle's breast and neck which is either wear or damage. The shiny obverse is not consistent with the flat spot on the reverse, so I suspect either damage to the reverse or aggressive cleaning to make a somewhat worn coin look brilliant. Either way it's probably not a high-grade example.

50cents, those are splendid photos. Which TPG did the grading? Your photos would make a nice reference for Walkers. Maybe forum Mom or Dad could put those in a sticky at the top of the grading forum!
