ICCS will probably grade it MS-63 Red and Brown, because well, ICCS grades everything red-brown MS-63 and lower...

The resolution of the photos is not good enough for me to really assign a grade... (or what I think PCGS would grade it)

Looks like a MS-62 to MS-63 RB based on your pics. I bet this one presents better in person.

I remember you mentioning your 1929 high 9 was in 'gem' condition in another post.

Does this mean ICCS grading it an ms65?

If so, what would you be asking for it?

sorry for the wait everyone! I had issues getting a hold of ICCS to get the coin back, then on top of that I've been struggling to get half decent pictures(which I failed at), and to make matters worse the picture optimizing tool has not wanted to cooperate with me one bit! here she is..this coin is actually quite attractive in hand, mark free with luster and red remaining..although these pictures do not show it! this is one of those coppers which requires in hand viewing to be properly appreciated..

Doubleeagle59, if my valuation of this coin is something you'd like to discuss, please feel free to shoot me a PM and i'll happily answer any questions you may have!

thanks optimist!

@gidjit thanks for your vote of confidence in the appeal the coin has in hand! it has been difficult for me to prove that it is worthy of the grade through pictures alone. great seeing you today by the way! can't wait for next time!

I don't get the grade. At PCGS, I think best case is MS65 Brown. More likely MS62 or MS63 Brown......

Are you able to post better photos, with something better than a cell phone?

sorry for the low quality images, SPP, I will try for better images when I have it back in hand (it is currently in the hands of a fellow member who I work with) although I don't have a proper set up for images or a good camera, I will try my absolute best to accommodate your request when possible!:)
