Pretty sure that this hasn't been posted previously on CCF. Here is a token from the City of Prague Museum (Muzeum hlavniho mesta Prahy) with the bust of Atonin Langweil on the rev. If you ever make it to Prague, his scale model of the city dating to the early 19th Century is a featured exhibit at the museum and is simply amazing.

I agree @TNG. He painted details seemingly down to individual slate tiles on the roofs of these miniature buildings.

Just an idea, I have found a medal that mentions it is numbered and has BT on the edge. And it is a silver medal with a Paul Revere image on horseback but very different. I have also found that it is made by V. H. Blackinton. Now I can see them shortening the V. H. Blackinton to "BT". I have found other Blackington medals signed "VH" So I wonder, I may have gotten closer to identifying the maker of my medals? I think they are still in business, I might did try writing to them. The contact us form didn't work for me. From what I have seen V. H. Blackinton makes some fire & police dept badges, mostly pistol and rifle medals for competitions but do make numismatic medals.

TNG - I have spent several hours looking for this since I saw your Paul Revere posts last week. I did think it was the designer or engraver initials. However, I didn't find any of my leads promising when searching for those initials. I would find it interesting if BT is how they abbreviated Blackington. I look forward to seeing if this lead goes in the right direction!
Good luck sir.
