Another alternative, if you are a member of the American Numismatic Association, is to borrow it from their library. They have a copy. I believe you pay shipping both ways.

Honestly, I'd write a short note inquiring if he has any of the books left for sale, include a self-addressed stamped envelope and contact the author.

I've used the last option a few times and it has allowed me to purchase some books I thought I missed out on.

Thank you very much! I just sent an email to Charles. I happened to buy a book from him (NJ State Coppers - Siboni) at the Baltimore Whitman expo earlier this month.

If you are an EAC member there have been several in the past few issues of Pennywise for sale in the classifieds as well.

I don't know the email address you tried using---he had an ad a C4 newsletter from last summer (I had neglected to read it when it first came) and found it when I was putting stuff away.
