I am still learning some of these things, so please excuse my ignorance.
In the images below, if you look at the front the IN from "IN GOD WE TRUST" seems like it is almost a bold font, and it does not stick out as far from the face of the penny. Also, the L in Liberty is angled oddly. The back, E on "E-PLURIBUS-UNUM" is almost none existent and a few other letter don't stick out as far as the rest of the ones on the back.
I looked at a few of the penny websites to see if there was anything about this, and didn't find anything, so I am assuming it is wear?
Thanks for your help.

VLDS Die state deterioration. As dies wear, the metal flows to the outside of the die. The details will stretch and at time separate. The dies actually become wider and must be ground down to fit into the press holder. The movement you see is there. Here's an example of VLDS on a 1962 BU cent:
Note in BLUE the metal flow lines and how the L is actually out the edge of the die (RED) and in YELLOW is a dimpling separation forming on the devices themselves. Note the stretching of IGWT! This is about the most I've been able to document.
More of a extreme die wear issue. Note the die flow lines running towards the rim. All alteration of the devices is towards that direction on the left side. (which is closest to the rim on this side of the coin)
