2015 D Cent - Seems To Have An Extra Inner Rim? Any Clue?

I noticed an inner rim in front and back which made me take an extra close up look. It kinda goes full circle too. Is this anything special? Haven't seen this before? Thanks in advanced!

Thinking this is what you're referencing, a "piling up" or extra ring? That is more commonly Die Deterioration but in this case I wonder if not a pressure problem, hit was like a MAD but most of the force was on the left which shifted thing to the right, effects would also have been on reverse like seen.
