1951-D Penny Missing L In Liberty And Light Strike On Rear?

This coin has an odd ridge on the top of the obverse with the L missing in Liberty and on the reverse, it looks almost like Post Strike Damage yet the center is worn more than the edges. Thoughts? Thanks!

The coin is pretty much done at this point. The damage to the coin exceeds the value it would of had.
