Looks 62, perhaps 63.
Try some pure acetone to get rid of the ugly yellow stuff on the obverse. With that color, it might actually disappear.

No physical scrubbing is done. Shouldn't cause a fundamental change in the condition of the coin - just removes organic contamination such as the orange booger that was on this coin.
