This coin is from Cilician Armenia and appears to be and AE Kardez of Hetoum I 1226-1270 AD, struck at Sis. @kwf, first welcome to CCF. Second, thst is a great coin you have there. I agree with @echizento on the attribution, but would just add to please be careful that you don't inadvertantly scratch your coin with those metal calipers.
