They are: Thailand 5 baht and 10 baht notes from 1970s. They are circulated and they are only worth about 46 cents total as it is about 33 baht to USD in exchange rate.

They are no longer issued in Thailand or in circulation. It is still valid but you would have to redeem them at the banks or at the central bank.

If you know someone going to Thailand, give the notes to them, they're essentially worthless and it's better to spend them where costs are lower than here. Even a coin shop would just put these in the junk box for a quarter apiece.
