Two Unknown Coins For Identification

I'm not even sure which is obv/rev or if I have them upside down, etc. Thanks as always for the help! Coin 1 appears to be aluminum. Smaller diameter than a U.S. Dime. Coin 2 appears to be a copper alloy.
