I have edited photos that emphisised minute marks; making them look like the moon. When in fact they are barely noticible in hand. Report this Post to the Staff

PCGS will cross from anyone unless it's a special then it's NGC, Anacs, and Icg. NGC is the one who only does PCGS for crossovers.
