I trust ICG not to slab cleaned or unoriginal coins, but what looks like area-denial bombing damage on the obverse keeps me from any closer than two grades lower than whats indicated on the slab. Break-even at best.
I think that what is percieved as damage on the reverse is just an aspect of the photo editor. I have edited photos that emphisised minute marks; making them look like the moon. When in fact they are barely noticible in hand.
Those are probably scans it seems but yea that's probably the right price for that coin if not to much. I'd trust them a lot more on circulated graded than ms
