 to the forum! 1906, really now. It is a fake coin, possibly a tourist copy? There is the official 1986 commemorative, but never issued for circulation and was silver, this isn't. This wouldn't be the same family member that always tries to get you to pull their finger now would it? (Sorry, couldn't help myself!...  ) |

This coin appears to be counterfeit. The date is incorrect (Ellis island commemoratives were made in 1986, not 1906) and the color is not right.
