I checked CC and VV (RPM's) before posting. Ignoring the coin dirt look at the mintmark. I can clearly see another "D" outline east of the mintmark.

Looks more like environmental damage rather than an RPM.

Could we see a photo of obverse and reverse?

Here are the obverse and reverse and another angle so you can see it is not dirt or debris, it is a raised, rounded outline that looks like a "D" to me.
