Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 12/23/2017 10:16 pm Here's a closeup of the area you question. I've circled the only thing I can vaguely make out ant that fits with Die Deterioration. Metal flows outwards in later die states. This causes devices to appear to stretch (think the 1955 Poorman's Doubled die). On Stinkin zinkins, this will take the for of "Disturbed Plate Doubling at times or in the case here, an abraiding(wearing away) of the die in areas close to the rim.
