1959-P BU LMC Reverse Doubling & Piece Missing

Still going through the 1050+ BU 1959-P LMC's and noticed the reverse letter doubling was not flat/shelf like, EPU was wide spread and there is a hole in the Memorial roof (not leaking yet). What is it?

That is Machine Doubling. It is from a high bounce after the strike. How can I tell? Note the 'D' on United? The overall size of the devices are normal in size, but on the D you can see where the device is reduced. On hub doubling you would see an enlarged device. Your coin shows reduced devices that are from a normal die, that moved after the strike. On a doubled die, the die is doubled.
