There really is minimal chatter on the cheek on the 81cc more breaks than scuffs. It's hard to catch that on pics,

I see two 64s. the 81o has some bagmarks in the hair over the ear.

1. 63 2. 65 It might just be the lighting, but the second one looks like it was dipped in a silver cleaner.

The 81 o I gave it a one second dip in ez est to remove unattractive toning the luster is strong in hand.

I know how to dip a coin this isn't my first rodeo hence the 1 second dip. Perhaps I'll post a video of the luster tomorrow in decent lighting. The toning was a ugly toning IMO hence why I dipped it.

All the same, you took a coin whose value quintuples between MS64 and MS65, and stripped it. Not completely, either, if that swath of color from the taileathers to the second A in AMERICA is any indication. Not to mention the crud still plainly caught in the date. This was a risk I wouldn't have taken with that kind of value at stake.

Trust me it was a gamble but the toning was flat out ugly hence why anacs didn't grade it higher and I know if I tried to crossover it to NGC or PCGS they'd keep it 63. Even if it gets a 64 I'm happy cause I got less than $80 into it. Risk vs reward.
Oh and the crud on the reverse was there before the dip. It's more like faint carbon streaks than any residue. All I know is it was there beforehand and I thought could be removed.

81-CC probably 64, as the marks look like light scuffs, and it would seem to fit with other MS64 GSA CC Morgans.
The 81-O no better than 64. 81-O has to knock your socks off for a 65 grade, since there's a big $ jump from 64 to 65. If the luster looks at all deadened by dipping (I can't tell if it does), then you'll get a 63. Don't mess with the black streak, which is a planchet impurity. Graders will inspect the area for attempts to remove it.
