My 1886 morgan what would be guess to grade and worth and I got to say I'm new to coin hunting and collecting so if I dont say something right like double die instead of doubled die just call me a idiot and correct me haha

It was a medallion on a necklace for a long time that belonged to my grandfather and I got it when he died and removed it and put it straight into the c ASE

If you still have your grandfather's necklace and bezel and it has any sentimental value, I would put the coin back in it. As others have said, it has been harshly cleaned, it's not a rare date, and putting it in a holder really doesn't buy it anything.
