It is all MD. When taking micro-photos, using two light sources can make the image harder to tell what's going on. A single light source is best. Why? A single light source creates light and shadows. Better to see, flattened devices, the contour of devices. With two light sources you'll remove the shadows and create glare in two directions on devices. To remove glare, you need a diffuser to filter out glare. You get a bit oh reduced light, but. It cuts out reflected light. Thus the issue you are seeing on your setup.

Your light is too bright. If it's adjustable, turn it down. If it's not adjustable, try filtering it somehow, maybe with a piece of paper coffee filter.

I agree with the others about the MD.

If you have several LED bulbs in a single light, this more than one light source. Secondary light might give you grief. Light from a window, room lights, desk lamp. The best way to check for an unwanted light is to take your hands and block other directions. When you determine which direction, then find a way to block it. Take a facial tissue and some tap. That will remove the glare. (The real issue) bond paper, rice paper, plastic grocery bags. Just something to cut the glare.
