I believe I see 2 things going on here, a doubled neck line and an RPM/Broken Punch. Thoughts?

Some MD on the coat and perhaps a hit on the MM.
Rest in Peace

Master Die doubling affects the center portion of many early LMCs, this is but one. No premium for the doubling. The D took a hit on the upper serif.

You decide, there are two really similar. Have to judge by the flattened damage: I think it is the 069 based upon the shape, location and entrance point of serif.

Thanks for the detail work crazyb0!

I didn't see a match but with the lines the tilt of the mintmark and alignment matches.

Looks like 069 to me!

Here in 069 on variety vista:

Different die stages. But can't compare die scratches easily on my tablet.
The die breaks down on later die stages.
