@SOT, I'm with @Fuzzy and @John1 on this--I only see normal wear and tear on this coin, with no doubling. Please give us a little more information about what you are seeing and perhaps a close-up pic of that area of the coin.

Sorry,but I am not seeing any doubling. There is a lot of glare though,so it could just be me. John1

I know I suck with the glare, lol. Hoping to have a better setup at some point so I can take higher quality pictures. If you will bear with me. Here are to shots of the date one with lighting from the upper right and one with lighting from below. On the opposite end of the glare in both shots I think I'm seeing a notch. Lower on the 97 and higher on the 7 especially.with a visible line in the middle of each number. Is this just a product of poor lighting do you think?

I'm sorry but I think it is the lighting that is playing tricks with what you are seeing. If you check coppercoins.com you will see samples of a true doubled die.Give that a try and lets wait for a pro or two to chime in. John1
