Man, that is on its way to a full Retained Die Break! This is a hard one Mark. I'd say it's a Die Crack with Die Chips surrounding it. I'm no expert, but this is the best I can think of. And the problem above the date is a minor Lamination error I think. Nice find!
Retained Die Cud. It is beyond a break at this point. Note the design is now moved? When this happens on the outside edge of the die, it is then a retained Die Cud.
