Looked again at this. It is a zincoln. So it may have been struck through with a ribbon of plating from another coin. Thus the color on the left side is there, the plating peeled to the right along the base. The other end of the plating foil may have ended up on the upper right cornice/roof area. At one time it may have been attached, but now has peeled off the coin. I believe that is what we are seeing. If they area on the lower left base that hangs over is loose/moveable, that is what it is.
