I seem to spend a lot more time here in the CCF, than working on my collection.  This is a great forum, thanks to Bobby and the mods.  All the best 2018 to Bobby and the mods, and all of members as well, for 2018. |

 with the above sentiments. While I read more than I post, I find the sense of community here to be very refreshing. The free and willing exchange of knowledge between long time collectors and those that are new here is heartwarming. Thank you to the forum dad and moderators who bring us this place to exchange knowledge, share our additions to our collections, compare opinions free from fear of abuse, and people just genuinely being nice to each other. Happy New Year to everyone. May 2018 bring you joy and happiness. |

Ditto here! Thanks to all of the fellas behind the scenes.  I was fortunate to have an admin as my secret santa this year. Also Bobby didn't have to bite my head off this year so that's progress I guess.   |

Yes agreed. This is a very special place. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, if you enjoy spending time of CCF and feel like you are getting something for your participation, please feel free to donate to the cause. While I have absolutely no ownership or financial stake in CCF, it is important to me and so I support it in every way that I can. Some of you folks who have been around will recall that I had a giveaway for anyone with the "supporter" banner next to their name. I still have more of those coins from the 1600s and would be thrilled to send one to any CCF supporter who asks me.
