Looks like a possible re-color. In hand would be easier to tell. VF.

Do the pics reflect the true color of this piece? It seems grey and very matte in appearance. Otherwise it looks like a good coin. The technical grade on wear alone would be VF30. I agree with VF25 on a market grade.
