1960 D Penny Need Info - Coin Community Forum

Reebar-Goldsnap New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 01/03/2018 8:32 pm 1960 D penny error, this is a cool website but I can't upload my image and I think that is stupid,it's 2018 and for us people who aren't tech savvy it seems like kind of bull crap because how are we supposed to get involved if it's a dang jigsaw puzzle to upload an image. This penny has a clear mint mark D error and it's almost like there is two of the D's side by side and I want to know if it is worth any money. I am so broke I can't even buy my wife Taco Bell or my dog decent dog food. It would help if you used the tutorials fuzzy posted to upload an image, so we can help you figure out exactly what you have. However, it does sound like you are describing a repunched mintmark. Here's a link to a list of the known repunched mintmarks for 1960 pennies: http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20L...20(1-60).htm Also, the value of a repunched mintmark varies greatly depending on the grade or condition of the coin.
