The OP's coin seems to have rub in the fields which is evidence of circulation. High points have full detail. Surfaces look original but luster is not visible in these images.
I'd call it AU-58 BN.

I like yours better than the ebay one. MS-63 sounds good for yours.

I agree I do like mine better than the ebay one. Most said MS63 BN. With that said would it make since to break it out and send it in to PCGS or try to cross it? Thanks

The old alphanumeric small holder ANACS does carry a slight slab premium but nowhere near the difference between a 60 ANACS and a 63 PCGS/NGC...show it to a few dealers if you can, if they all tell you it's a MS coin, resubmit it.
