Double Struck Mercurys And FSB?

Are "double struck" Mercury dimes less likely to have Full Split Bands, due to the squishing of the bands on the reverse? Sounds logical to me, but thought I'd run it past the experts here.

I've never seen one, but the second strike could be FSB as it would not be in the original position and could be a strong strike.
