Well its 4 out side and I was asked to look over a dealers personal collection that he what's to send out for grading.

The 2 sets I looked are not all drop dead great coins, but its nice to look over coins that have not been in the shows for over 30 years or so. Here is one with stunning color that my photos just Don't Show how vibrant the colors real look! And the last one is just a neat Grease Filled Die strike where almost the whole "1" is gone but nothing else.

Hadn't noticed that - it would be a good investment, I agree.

What variety is that 8 coin? Looks like it's missing the 1 of 18.
Rest in Peace

I am not an expert on Buffalo nickels, but could that 1915 be a Proof coin? There were 1050 of them minted and it looks a lot like the images on PCGS.

3 with really nice color and a fair amount in the set that look like 65,and 66 coins.

No I didn't get to buy anything, but looking over a old collection is always fun.

How would I confirm a Proof Strike on the 1915 as CWB stated, as it looks about 98% like the 3 I looked at on PCGS.

That is an absolutely gorgeous 1915. But I don't think LIBERTY and the adjacent rim are strong enough for this to be a proof.
