I got this one off ebay for $10. The main reason I got it was because it has split plating on both sides and two areas I've circled in red. Is this a multierror coin? I've looked at a lot of offcenter strikes and didn't see one like this. What do y'all think?

Plating bubbles/blisters are not considered an error.

Neat in that you can just figure out the year. Any more off-center and it would be 199x

Thanks B. I know that she split plating itself isn't an error but the two red circles are indentations. To be more precise, could this coin be double struck or what would cause the two areas I've circled?
Rest in Peace

The collar had failed to fully deploy, hence offset strike. Looks like there may have been a jam near the collar, another misaligned press part like the ejector or feeder finger.

I can certainly see why you would ask. Good questions!
