There are quite a few things going on that I need help with:
1) Obverse - Line above "L" on LIBERTY
2) Obverse - Eye area, is that Tripled?
3) Obverse - Note the square protruding from the "9" in DATE
4) Obverse - The "S" mintmark has extra fill
5) Reverse - Extra line near the base of the Right Stalk
6) Reverse - Extra lines near the base and the top of Left Stalk
I know it's a lot to look at and answer but there is a lot going on...

Just a normal worn die anomaly with a small die chip on the S Mint Mark.

L=Die crack or chip
Eye= note shearing MD on nose, related?
9=die chip on top, MDD on loer tip of curve
S=broken punch or die chip, most likely punch

Reverse is most likely heavy polish lines to remove a die clash. It's not the clash itself, but the work to remove it with..vigor!

Can you get a detailed pic of the affected area in your last pic , as well as a pic of the obverse. If possible give us the weight of the coin .

Weight 3.19g
Here is a picture of the Reverse of that coin, you can see in all 4 "corners" the extra lines/marks.
I also found 4 Spike Heads in this roll...

The coin with parts missing is a Struck Through Grease there. Polishing again, for this freezer, and that 4corner is the die clash polishing, that upper one was date and liberty.

Looks like the mark near the 'GOD' is raised? If so then it might be a die dent/gouge. If it is incuse, then it just might be coin damage. (but I'm leaning more towards a die gouge or dent.)
